Agile Business Analyst (AgileBA®) is a practical certification course for stakeholders engaged in strategic reframing by understanding business needs. The course helps learners understand the iterative approach inherent in a changing business world and how incremental delivery enables business to refocus in response to challenges and opportunities.
It is suited to programme managers, project managers, change managers and other stakeholders including people who are new to the discipline as well as experienced practitioners looking to strengthen or formalise their capability.
